About · Fuquay-Varina real estate agent

Twenty years ago, I sold my first house. I've been selling them ever since.

01

The work

Not because real estate is glamorous. It isn't, not really. It's early showings and late-night contracts, hard conversations and harder negotiations. It's showing up when the deal gets messy, because deals always get messy at some point.

02

The territory

I learned the Triangle one street at a time. Now I know Fuquay-Varina like my own kitchen, Raleigh like my morning commute, and Lillington and Angier like the back roads I've driven a hundred times looking for the right house for the right family, with Holly Springs and Apex in between, watched from empty lots into whole neighborhoods. Twenty years does that. It turns a market into a map you don't need GPS for anymore.

03

Speedy Savitski Tours

Every week I run Speedy Savitski Tours: quick, no-fluff walkthroughs of the newest construction going up around Fuquay-Varina. If a builder breaks ground nearby, I want you standing inside it before most people even know it exists. That's the job: knowing what's coming before it's finished.

04

Off the clock

Shopping local, sipping something brewed (coffee in the morning, something colder later), hunting down the best sweet treats in town, playing more pickleball than is probably reasonable, and keeping an eye out for the Bengals of Fuquay-Varina. (Yes, that's a real thing. Ask me about it.)

Buying, selling, or just wondering what your house is worth? I've done this twenty years running. Let's talk.
