    4% Listing
    Includes everything as the $995 but instead of paying upfront the 4% will be paid at closing and includes the Buyer’s Agents Commission.*** Seller can decide what rate they would like to compensate the buyer’s agent on the MLS. The seller will not have to pay commission on an unrepresented buyer. In our area Buyer's Agents commission are from 2.4% of gross sales price to 3% of gross sales price. Commissions are always negotiable.
